Every year we go to Pinetop, to my friend Abi Malouf's cabin. It is so much fun!! Me and Abi bring toys, and our moms scrapbook! In the backyard there is a golf course and on Friday and Saturday evenings we play kickball! I LOVE Pinetop!! Emma

Snickerdoodle Cookies

Snickerdoodle Cookies ( Makes about 2 dozen cookies) 2 2/3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cream of tarter 1 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 Tbs. ground cinnamon Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tarter to blend. Using a stand mixer beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy for 3 min. Beat in the eggs. With the mixer on low speed mix in the flour for 30 seconds. In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls into the cinnamon and sugar and roll around to coat, set the coated balls of dough on greased cookie sheets. Bake until golden on the edges and slightly soft in the center, 15 to 18 min. Let the cookies cool for 1 min. ENJOY!!

My Grandma Brown's Homemade Mac 'N Cheese

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese 1/2 pkg. macaroni, cooked 1 cup chedder cheese, cut in chunks (you can add more cheese if you think it needs more) 2 cups milk Add salt and pepper Cook macaroni noodles, add cheese, milk and seasoning. Mix in baking dish and bake 30 to 40 min. at 325. Enjoy!!
